It may take up to 7 business days to cancel your subscription. Therefore, please cancel your subscription at least 7 business days before you are next billed. After canclling your subscription, you will keep your paid features until the end of the next billing cycle.
How to cancel your subscription
Firstly, go to the following URL:

Next, read the information and confirm that you wish to cancel your subscription. All of your private projects will go public and any team features will be disabled. If you wish to proceed, click 'Cancel my subscription'. Next, login with your account. This must be the account that you used to initiate the subscription with. Finally, optionally state a reason why you wish to cancel and then click 'Cancel my subscription'. After a couple seconds, you will be told that your subscription will be cancelled within 7 business days.
